Sometimes when experiencing hotsync problems, it's desirable to have a detailed log of the hotsync to determine where the problem is being encountered. The Palm hotsync supports a verbose logging switch that most conduits will honor. To activate verbose logging, do the following;
If your hotsync died, the log may not have been written to the normal place. Check your windows\temp directory for a file named hot#, where number is any number. Open it with any text editor (notepad will do the trick) and review the contents.
